Brothers Chuck and Lou Montana have been building custom homes in the Valley of the Sun for more than 30 years.  After relocating to Arizona from New York in 1977, Chuck and Lou, along with their father, began building custom homes in North Scottsdale. Chuck later began working in the electrical field, quickly moving up the ranks from Journeyman to Superintendant, and finally owning his own electrical contracting company. Lou found his calling to be in the concrete finishing industry, working for a major contractor in Arizona and Las Vegas as a Structural Architectural Finisher. 13 years ago, Chuck and Lou founded Montana Homes Development, Inc., and have since completed several custom homes in Scottsdale and numerous room additions, renovations and kitchen and bath makeovers across the valley.  From the design stage to completion, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
